About Our Co-Host
The CIO Initiative brings together senior technology leaders for candid, peer-led conversations about the decisions shaping IT. Together, we’re creating an Indianapolis evening built around practical experience, honest discussion and meaningful connections.
WHO ATTENDS
Senior Technology Leaders Only
Every seat is reserved for a CIO, CISO, CTO, VP of IT and Directors. Attendance is limited to 35 leaders, creating a room that is broad enough to offer fresh perspectives and small enough for every voice to be heard.

What we'll discuss
AI is moving into day-to-day IT operations faster than most organizations can establish the governance, controls and confidence needed to use it well. This private dinner gives Indianapolis technology leaders the chance to compare what they are doing now, where they are drawing the line and what they are learning along the way.
TOPICS WE’LL COVER
- How IT leaders are moving AI from experimentation into practical operations
- Building governance that protects the organization without stopping progress
- Deciding where teams have drawn the line on letting AI act without a human
