Our Facilitator for the Evening
Stephen Mann is Principal Analyst and Content Director at ITSM.tools, and an independent advisor to IT and IT service management teams. He has held research and analyst roles at Ovum and Forrester, worked in ITSM consultancy and enterprise service management, and spent time in IT asset management, project management, and product marketing for a SaaS ITSM vendor. Stephen writes and presents widely on service management.
